Such a great water day! There is a sandy beach and my kids played for hours. There were two picnic tables on the beach. There is a dock that makes it easy for watercraft. Bring/rent a paddle board or kayak and go across to the cliff diving. The slanted rock is so great for picking how high you want to jump! Right there on the cliff jumping rock there are tons of dinosaur tracks. We had a blast trying to spot them all. Super close to Vernal and the main beach hits all the checklists. The only cons are that the beach is a little steep and google maps took us to the wrong place. Just follow the huge signs. Saw a patrol boat checking for lifejackets.
